How often am I billed?

If you choose the monthly option you will be billed automatically, every 30 days. You also have the option of paying for six month in full, at checkout. If you choose this option, your payment will automatically renew at the end of the term. We are unable to freeze, skip or adjust the payment schedule. Once you complete the six month minimum term, you can cancel anytime.

How do I book a session with Vanessa?

You can book a private one-on-one session with Vanessa inside the membership portal at anytime for an additional fee of $275 + HST. This is your opportunity to work through plateaus and get customized support. Before your session, you will receive a form to complete about the questions you have, topics you’d like to cover and what your goals are.

What’s the benefit of a monthly membership?

We created the Membership as an information hub (aka your new health bible) that you can go to whenever, wherever, as often as you like. It’s flexible and totally self-paced so you can access video trainings at your own speed and refer back to workbooks or exercises as many times as you like. It’s like having a hormone and fertility expert in your pocket.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this product, we are unable to offer refunds. However, after your six-month commitment, you’re able to cancel anytime. If you would like to cancel before the six-month term is complete, the fee to cancel is the remaining cost of the membership agreement.

Can I share my login?

The information shared in the R&R Membership is meant to only be accessed by the purchaser and cannot be shared with others. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and we monitor IP addresses, login history and location, and profile history for suspected breaches of this policy.
